Hello! My name is Mikala and I'm a college student majoring in English with a passion for Photography. I'm starting this cooking blog to doccument my successes (and failures!) in the kitchen. The only tools in my box are a few exceptional cookbooks, a love for food and a creative imagination. Cooking on a college budget is always tough, but I refuse to believe that it means the food has to be fast, greasy and unsatisfying.
